Include the device and Android version, the app version from About, which check misbehaved, the figure it showed and the verdict it gave. A screenshot helps. No logs are collected, so there are none to send.
| No network name or channel advice | Android hides both until the Location permission is granted. Every other check works without it. |
| Speed test says rate-limited | The measurement service limits repeated runs from one address. Wait a few minutes. |
| ISP gateway "not measured" | Normal — those routers often ignore probes. It is not a fault, and the other checks are unaffected. |
| Figures differ from another app | This one measures steady state over parallel streams, after discarding the warm-up. |
